Usos de un CRM<\/h2>\n<p>El principal uso de un CRM es unificar en una misma herramienta las distintos procesos\/acciones cuyo objetivo final es mejorar la atenci&oacute;n y relaciones con los clientes: desde la captaci&oacute;n, la conversi&oacute;n en cliente y la propia fidelizaci&oacute;n del cliente (compras recurrentes y cruzadas, as&iacute; como personalizaci&oacute;n de ofertas).<\/p>\n<p>Disponer de un CRM que se ajuste a las necesidades de una empresa, coloca a dicho negocio en disposici&oacute;n de dise&ntilde;ar y poner en marcha campa&ntilde;as de marketing y de email marketing con mejores resultados.<\/p>\n<h2>2.
