El CRO son el conjunto de t&eacute;cnicas cuyo objetivo final es aumentar el n&uacute;mero de visitantes de un sitio web que se convierten en clientes o se registran de forma voluntaria.<\/p>\n<p>El CRO centra su foco en la optimizaci&oacute;n de la web para mejorar la conversi&oacute;n obtenida, dicho de otra forma: es conseguir que los visitantes (el tr&aacute;fico) que somos capaces de hacer llegar a nuestra realice las acciones que nosotros deseamos.<\/p>\n<h2>1. C&oacute;mo optimizar la tasa de conversi&oacute;n<\/h2>\n<p>Optimizar la <a href=\"https:\/\/mailrelay.com\/es\/blog\/2018\/04\/19\/tasa-de-conversion\/\" title=\"mejorar la tasa conversi&oacute;n\">tasa de conversi&oacute;n<\/a> en tu web no es una tarea sencilla, pero se pueden aplicar distintas estrategias que bien llevadas a cabo pueden ayudarte a conseguir mejorar el CRO en tu sitio web, algunas de las comunes son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cuida el copywriting de tu sitio web.<\/li>\n<li>Incluye casos de &eacute;xito y comentarios de otros clientes.<\/li>\n<li>Utiliza contenidos multimedia (im&aacute;genes y v&iacute;deos) de alta calidad.<\/li>\n<li>Siempre usa dise&ntilde;o responsive.<\/li>\n<li>Procura contar con recursos gratuitos.<\/li>\n<li>Trabaja los contenidos de tu blog y redes sociales.<\/li>\n<li>Muestra promociones y descuentos atractivos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. Las 5 fases del CRO<\/h2>\n<p>Dado que el CRO no es mas que una estrategia que busca optimizar las conversiones que se obtienen en nuestro sitio web, es l&oacute;gico pensar que ello puede dividir en varias fases o estados. En CRO se habla de un total de 5 fases o estadios:<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Identificaci&oacute;n y an&aacute;lisis de problemas.<\/strong> Se identifican los aspectos que pueden ser objeto de mejora y tras ser&aacute; analizados, se establecen prioridades de todos los aspectos que pueden mejorar el CRO.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Elaboraci&oacute;n de hip&oacute;tesis.<\/strong> Tras detectar los problemas se han de definir las acciones a realizar para resolver cada uno de los problemas, tras ello se establecen posible hip&oacute;tesis del resultado de aplicar las mejoras.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Implementar pruebas<\/strong>.
