Puedes hacerlo, pero considera que si tu email ocupa m\u00e1s de 100kB el sistema contar\u00e1 como un email cada 100 kB adicionales.

Si por ejemplo tu email ocupa 250 Kb se contabilizar\u00e1 como 3 env\u00edos a efectos de facturaci\u00f3n. Ten cuenta que esto considera el tama\u00f1o total del email, incluyendo cabeceras, texto, asunto y adjuntos.

Adem\u00e1s, cuando se env\u00edan los adjuntos se deben convertir al formato base64, as\u00ed que ocupar\u00e1n un 30% m\u00e1s (https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Binary_file).<\/p> <\/div>

\u00bfMailrelay detecta los emails fallados y rebotados?<\/strong>

S\u00ed. Mailrelay detecta autom\u00e1ticamente los rebotados y los marca como rebotados, para que el sistema no env\u00ede a esas direcciones en el futuro. Ten en cuenta eso s\u00ed, que para detectar los rebotados es necesario efectuar un env\u00edo previo.

La primera vez que realices un env\u00edo a un contacto Mailrelay detectar\u00e1 si el env\u00edo falla y lo marcar\u00e1 como rebotado en ese caso. En env\u00edos futuros el sistema solo enviar\u00e1 a las direcciones que sigan siendo v\u00e1lidas.<\/p> <\/div>

\u00bfMailrelay ofrece bases de datos?<\/strong>

No, Mailrelay es solo una herramienta de env\u00edo. No ofrecemos bases de datos ni listas de ning\u00fan tipo.<\/p> <\/div>

\u00bfPuedo utilizar diferentes remitentes?<\/strong>

Puedes utilizar cualquier dominio de remitente que poseas en propiedad y al que tengas acceso a los registros DNS.<\/p> <\/div>

\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no puedo enviar mailings masivos utilizando mi propia conexi\u00f3n a internet?<\/strong>

Los proveedores de email normales limitan el volumen de emails que puedes enviar a diario. Por lo que enviar utilizando tu conexi\u00f3n de internet tardar\u00eda horas, incluso d\u00edas.<\/p> <\/div>

\u00bfUtilizar\u00e9 mi conexi\u00f3n a internet para enviar mailings con Mailrelay?<\/strong>

Si env\u00edas las newsletters desde nuestra aplicaci\u00f3n todos los emails se env\u00edan desde nuestros servidores. Si te conectas a nuestro servidor utilizando SMTP en ese caso s\u00ed utilizar\u00e1s tu conexi\u00f3n a internet.<\/p> <\/div>

\u00bfNecesito la autorizaci\u00f3n de mis sucriptores?<\/strong>

La legislaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola define el spam como emails no solicitados de manera que necesitas el permiso de todos tus suscriptores para enviarles emails. En otros paises. En otros pa\u00edses sin embargo la legislaci\u00f3n puede ser diferente.<\/p> <\/div>

\u00bfPod\u00e9is garantizar que mis env\u00edos no ser\u00e1n bloqueados en hotmail, yahoo!, Gmail, etc?<\/strong>

No. Ni nosotros ni ninguna otra empresa puede garantizarte el 100% de entregabilidad en un determinado proveedor, dado que es algo que solo depende de ellos. Las reglas que filtran los correos como spam son propias de cada proveedor y no suelen ser echas p\u00fablicas.

Sin embargo nuestra plataforma est\u00e1 preparada para cumplir los requisitos de los proveedores en cuestiones como velocidad, gesti\u00f3n de IPs y otros factores que determinan la entregabilidad de las campa\u00f1as de email. Lo m\u00e1s importante en ese caso para mantener una alta entregabilidad es mantener la lista de contacto limpia y formada por contactos que han solicitado recibir los emails.<\/p> <\/div>

\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no enviar mis mailings desde un servidor dedicado?<\/strong>

Ser capaz de enviar un gran volumen de emails en poco tiempo y no tener problemas de entregabilidad es algo que no solo depende de la potencia del servidor. Se requiere de un software tambi\u00e9n potente que ofrezca las herramientas necesarias para analizar las respuestas de los servidores detino, as\u00ed como estad\u00edsticas detalladas para que puedas saber si el env\u00edo tuvo alguna repercusi\u00f3n. Eso es justo lo que ofrece Mailrelay.

Para conseguir que tus emails lleguen a la bandeja de entrada en Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo! etc. En ocasiones es necesario firmar acuerdos con dichos proveedores, adem\u00e1s de cumplir sus pol\u00edticas. Adem\u00e1s es necesario disponer de suficientes rangos de IPs que puedan ser balanceados en tiempo real. Estos requisitos dificilmente se pueden cumplir con un servidor dedicado. Si contratas un servidor dedicado es muy posible que tu IP sea bloqueada y te quedes con un servidor desde el que no puedes enviar emails. \u00bfC\u00f3mo funciona el l\u00edmite de suscriptores?<\/strong>

Esta es una pregunta muy frecuente, te lo explicamos con detalle aqu\u00ed: El l\u00edmite de suscriptores representa un l\u00edmite global, no asociado a un env\u00edo concreto si no al l\u00edmite que hayas contratado. No importa que hagas grupos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os o borres los contactos despu\u00e9s de haberles enviado.

Veamos un ejemplo, si tu cuenta tiene un l\u00edmite de 5 suscriptores, y env\u00edas una newsletter a los siguientes suscriptores:

En este momento has utilizado 3 de un total de 5 suscriptores. Veamos ahora otro env\u00edo de newsletter:

Los tres primeros contactos se han utilizado en previos env\u00edos. Estos no restar\u00e1n m\u00e1s de cara a tu l\u00edmite de contactos (si restan al l\u00edmite de env\u00edos), pero como hay dos cuentas de emails nuevas subscriber4@demo.net y subscriber5@demo.net entonces se consumen dos suscriptores m\u00e1s del l\u00edmite de contactos. Entonces ahora podemos enviar emails sin problemas a esas cuentas, como por ejemplo:

\u2013 subscriber4@demo.net
\u2013 subscriber5@demo.net

Eso funcionar\u00e1, porque a\u00fan estaremos dentro del l\u00edmite de nuestro uso de contactos. Pero un env\u00edo a estos emails:

Como hay direcciones nuevas y nuestro l\u00edmite ya est\u00e1 a 0, eso bloquear\u00eda el l\u00edmite de env\u00edo de env\u00edo de emails.
IMPORTANTE: Borrar contactos una vez que ya les has enviado no sirve para reducir el consumo ya utilizado.

IMPORTANTE: cada mes el l\u00edmite se situa a 0 para que puedas seguir enviando.

IMPORTANTE. Revisa siempre en las estad\u00edsticas de bono de tu cuenta tu consumo actual.<\/p> <\/div>

Solo tienes que hacer click en el bot\u00f3n superior de acceso, eso te llevar\u00e1 a un formulario. Y en ese formulario debes introducir tus datos de accesso.

Ya sea que quieres utilizar un remitente que incluye estos car\u00e1cteres o que en tu lista de contactos hay emails que los tienen, hay que considerar:

Todos los emails tienen que estar formados por dos partes separadas mediante @:
local-part@domain-name

El nombre de dominio debe corresponderse con un email existente y debe cumplir las normas para nombres de dominio

Lo normal es que accedas a tu cuenta de Mailrelay con un enlace similar a este:

tudominio.ipzmarketing.com

Donde \u00abtudominio\u00bb debes reemplazarlo por el nombre de tu dominio. De esta forma, el final \u00ab.ipzmarketing.com\u00bb se a\u00f1ade siempre a tu nombre de dominio. Pero es posible realizar algunas configuraciones para acceder directamente utilizando:

newsletters.tudominio.com

O lo que quieras poner en lugar de \u201cnewsletters\u201d. Si quieres realizar este cambio tendr\u00e1s que crear un registro CNAME en las DNS para el subdominio que quieras. Esto lo tienes que crear en el panel de hosting de tu dominio y debe apuntar a: tudominio.ipzmarketing.com

Ten en cuenta que si apuntas un subdominio directamente a tu dominio principal, tu web podr\u00eda no funcionar. Cons\u00faltanos cualquier duda. Por ejemplo, lo siguiente no ser\u00eda correcto:

tudominio.com CNAME tudominio.ipzmarketing.com

Mientras que lo siguiente s\u00ed lo ser\u00eda:
