En el PDF encontrar\u00e1s un an\u00e1lisis muy interesante de los principales ISPs, Gmail, Outlook.com (Hotmail), Yahoo! mail, sus principales caracter\u00edsticas y <strong>formas principales de decidir que correos van a SPAM y cuales no<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Por ser una tem\u00e1tica que nos interesa voy a resumirte los puntos relacionados con la detecci\u00f3n de SPAM en los diversos ISPs, por ejemplo:<\/p>\n\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00f3mo decide Gmail qu\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.mailrelay.com\/es\/2019\/07\/09\/no-entrar-como-spam\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">correos son SPAM<\/a>?<\/h2>\n<p>La verdad es que <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.mailrelay.com\/es\/2017\/11\/15\/envios-masivos-gmail-vs-mailrelay\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gmail<\/a> utiliza multiples formas de decidir que correos son SPAM, y <strong>utiliza estos m\u00e9todos de forma bastante agresiva<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><strong>(1)<\/strong> <strong>Hist\u00f3rico de acciones de los usuarios<\/strong> respecto de los emails que han recibido. Son tenidas en cuenta acciones como:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Reportar un email como SPAM.<br \/>\n&#8211; Indicar que un email que ha llegado a SPAM, no lo es.<br \/>\n&#8211; Emails leidos.<br \/>\n&#8211; Emails leidos y borrados.<br \/>\n&#8211; Emails marcados como importantes.<br \/>\n&#8211; Emails respondidos.<br \/>\n&#8211; Actividad en la bandeja de entrada.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso, dado que este tipo de acciones son tenidas en cuenta, es muy importante que intentes interactuar con tus suscriptores en cada env\u00edo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(2)<\/strong> <strong>La reputaci\u00f3n de env\u00edo<\/strong>. Es cierto que Gmail filtra el contenido del correo, im\u00e1genes etc. Pero esto no prevalece sobre nuestra reputaci\u00f3n de env\u00edo. Si nuestra reputaci\u00f3n de env\u00edo es buena, es m\u00e1s probable que nuestro email llegue sin problemas.<\/p>\n<p>Una mala reputaci\u00f3n, y aunque nuestro env\u00edo tenga un contenido perfecto, llegar\u00e1 a SPAM.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(3)<\/strong> <strong>Historial de env\u00edo<\/strong>. Si el dominio utilizado no tiene reputaci\u00f3n, bien por ser un dominio nuevo, bien porque nunca antes se han realizado env\u00edos, los primeros env\u00edos son bloqueados durante un periodo de tiempo que oscila entre 2 y 24 horas.<\/p>\n<p>Pasado ese periodo de espera, Gmail <strong>entregar\u00e1 una peque\u00f1a cantidad del env\u00edo<\/strong> que hayamos realizado. Algunos de estos emails ser\u00e1n entregados en la bandeja de entrada y otros en SPAM.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez se han entregado estos correos, Gmail <strong>analizar\u00e1 las reacciones de los usuarios<\/strong> y con esto sacar\u00e1 conclusiones para los futuros env\u00edos.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, si los suscriptores \u00ab<strong>sacan<\/strong>\u00bb tu email de SPAM indicando que \u00ab<strong>no son spam<\/strong>\u00ab, tus futuros env\u00edos tendr\u00e1n m\u00e1s posibilidades de llegar a la bandeja de entrada.<\/p>\n<p>Y si los suscriptores que reciben estos emails en su bandeja de entrada tampoco los marcan como SPAM, tambi\u00e9n aumentan las posibilidades.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(4)<\/strong> <strong>Volumen de suscriptores que reaccionan a tus env\u00edos<\/strong>. Es decir que abren, responden a tus env\u00edos, los marcan como favoritos etc.<\/p>\n<p>A mayor volumen de suscriptores activos <strong>aumentan las posibilidades de acabar en la bandeja de entrada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso es muy importante que en nuestra campa\u00f1a de <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.mailrelay.com\/es\/2019\/06\/20\/envio-masivo-de-correos-en-2019-sigue-funcionando-pero-depende-de-ti\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">email marketing masivo<\/a>, en nuestros emailings, siempre tengamos un enfoque participativo, para que nuestros suscriptores reaccionen de alg\u00fan modo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(5)<\/strong> <strong>Autenticaci\u00f3n. Para Gmail es muy importante<\/strong>, y lo ser\u00e1 cada vez m\u00e1s que los emails que enviamos est\u00e9n autenticados mediante SPF y DKIM, algo b\u00e1sico.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(6)<\/strong> Otro aspecto fundamental, que nunca debemos de olvidar es que nuestra lista est\u00e9 <strong>basada en el permiso<\/strong> de nuestros suscriptores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(7)<\/strong> Por \u00faltimo no debemos de olvidar la <strong>inclusi\u00f3n de un enlace de baja<\/strong>, visible.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00f3mo filtra Outlook.com el SPAM?<\/h2>\n<p>En general <a href=\"outlook.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Outlook.com<\/a> (el antiguo Hotmail) utiliza una estrategia diferente a la utilizada por Gmail, por ejemplo:<\/p>\n<p><strong>(1)<\/strong> <strong>Utiliza la tecnolog\u00eda SmartScreen<\/strong>, como ya comentamos en el art\u00edculo \u00ab<a title=\"La importancia de segmentar suscriptores por activos e inactivos\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.mailrelay.com\/es\/2014\/03\/19\/la-importancia-de-segmentar-los-suscriptores-por-activos-e-inactivos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">La importancia de segmentar los suscriptores por activos e inactivos<\/a>\u00ab. Esta tecnolog\u00eda aprende de otros env\u00edos de SPAM y Phissing, as\u00ed como de algunos usuarios que participan en el programa de Feedback (FBL).<\/p>\n<p><strong>(2)<\/strong> <strong>Tambi\u00e9n tiene en consideraci\u00f3n el volumen de env\u00edo<\/strong>, quejas previas que hayamos tenidos de SPAM, as\u00ed como la presencia de SPAM traps en nuestra base de datos de suscriptores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(3)<\/strong> <strong>Sender Reputation Data (SRD)<\/strong>, informaci\u00f3n de la reputaci\u00f3n de env\u00edo. En esta informaci\u00f3n se basan un buen volumen de decisiones de filtrado.<\/p>\n<p>Los participantes de este programa se eligen de forma aleatoria, de entre usuarios de Outlook.com de 200 paises. Las votaciones de estos usuarios son tenidas en cuenta para establecer que emails son SPAM.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(4)<\/strong> Al igual que en Gmail, ser\u00e1 indispensable que <strong>autentiquemos nuestros env\u00edos con SPF y DKIM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00f3mo filtra Yahoo mail el SPAM?<\/h2>\n<p>Yahoo mail tambi\u00e9n basa gran parte de sus decisiones en la reputaci\u00f3n de env\u00edo, por ejemplo:<\/p>\n<p><strong>(1)<\/strong> <strong>La reputaci\u00f3n de env\u00edo<\/strong>. Basada en una combinaci\u00f3n de IP + Dominio + From Email Address, si cualquiera de estos elementos es bajo, degradar\u00e1 la reputaci\u00f3n y nos ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil llegar a la bandeja de entrada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>(2)<\/strong> <strong>Engagement<\/strong>, como reaccionan los suscriptores ante nuestros env\u00edos, este es otro factor determinante, y se basa en un hist\u00f3rico de aperturas, si el usuario borra el email, si lo hace justo despu\u00e9s de abrirlo, si responden a nuestros env\u00edos ( recuerda la importancia de <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.mailrelay.com\/es\/2013\/11\/15\/5-razones-por-las-que-dejar-de-usar-e-mails-no-reply\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">no usar direcciones no-reply<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>(3)<\/strong> Tambi\u00e9n es muy importante la <strong>autenticaci\u00f3n mediante SPF y DKIM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5691\" src=\"https:\/\/wpstaging.mailrelay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/como-gmail-outlookcom-y-yahoo-mail-deciden-que-es-spam-2.jpg\" alt=\"como-gmail-outlookcom-y-yahoo-mail-deciden-que-es-spam-2\" width=\"600\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wpstaging.mailrelay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/como-gmail-outlookcom-y-yahoo-mail-deciden-que-es-spam-2.jpg 600w, https:\/\/wpstaging.mailrelay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/como-gmail-outlookcom-y-yahoo-mail-deciden-que-es-spam-2-300x250.jpg 300w, https:\/\/wpstaging.mailrelay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/como-gmail-outlookcom-y-yahoo-mail-deciden-que-es-spam-2-110x92.jpg 110w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfSi cumplimos todos estos puntos llegaremos siempre al inbox?<\/h2>\n<p>Sin duda si cumplimos estos puntos tendremos muchas m\u00e1s opciones de que nuestros emailings lleguen a la bandeja de entrada. <strong>Pero el 100% es muy dif\u00edcil de obtener, y nos costar\u00e1 mucho esfuerzo y trabajo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los factores m\u00e1s importantes va a ser la reputaci\u00f3n de env\u00edo. Seg\u00fan Return Path, en terminos generales, si tu reputaci\u00f3n de env\u00edo es de entre <strong>0 y 60 solamente llegar\u00e1n al inbox un 21%<\/strong> de los emails que env\u00edes.<\/p>\n<p>Incluso con un reputaci\u00f3n de entre <strong>91 &#8211; 100 se espera que no llegue el 100%<\/strong> de emails enviados.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a1IMPORTANTE!<\/strong>: <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">El hecho de no haber enviado nunca no quiere decir que tu reputaci\u00f3n sea de 100%, de hecho es todo lo contrar\u00edo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, preparate para trabajar de forma activa en tu reputaci\u00f3n de env\u00edo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos trabajar en mejorar nuestra reputaci\u00f3n de env\u00edo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.-<\/strong> Configura correctamente tu SPF y DKIM<br \/>\n<strong>2.<\/strong>&#8211; Si no tienes reputaci\u00f3n de env\u00edo, comienza realizando env\u00edos de poco volumen.<br \/>\n<strong>3.-<\/strong> Incrementa este volumen poco a poco, y continua enviando de forma constante.<br \/>\n<strong>4.-<\/strong> Evita las quejas por SPAM, utiliza una base de datos doble Opt-in.<br \/>\n<strong>5.-<\/strong> Evita las tasas de rebote excesivamente altas.<br \/>\n<strong>6.-<\/strong> Manten tu base de datos limpia, sin cuentas err\u00f3neas, ni trampas de SPAM, ni rebotados.<\/p>\n<p>Estas deben ser las bases de tu estrat\u00e9gia de email marketing, y tu <strong>objetivo incrementar tu reputaci\u00f3n de env\u00edo<\/strong>, y mantenerla.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a1Esperamos que estos consejos te ayuden en tus emailings!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.joseargudo.com\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-13489 size-full\" title=\"Jose Argudo\" src=\"https:\/\/wpstaging.mailrelay.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/jose-argudo.jpg\" alt=\"Jose Argudo\" width=\"630\" height=\"250\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hace muy pocos d\u00edas Return Path public\u00f3 un PDF muy interesante para todos los que hacemos email marketing, se trata de\u00a0 \u00abMarketer&#8217;s Field Guide to Gmail, Outlook.com, and Yahoo!\u00bb.
