Estos clientes ya tienen relaci\u00f3n con nosotros y si hemos hecho las cosas bien, confiaran en nosotros.<\/p>\n<p>Pero vamos ahora a ver los ejemplos, comenzando por Cross-selling:<\/p>\n<h2>Cross-selling y marketing por correo electr\u00f3nico<\/h2>\n<p>Una de las empresas que mejor utilizan el Cross-selling es sin duda Amazon.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00edjate, recientemente compr\u00e9 un libro para mi hijo peque\u00f1o, <strong>Luna<\/strong>, de la editorial <strong>Kalandraka<\/strong>, pues al poco de recibir el libro en mi casa, una semana como mucho, me lleg\u00f3 este email:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8130\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Remitente reconocido, Amazon.es<\/p>\n<p>Asunto conciso: Producto comprado habitualmente con \u00abLuna (Libros para so\u00f1ar)\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Es un buen asunto, porque <strong>no es gen\u00e9rico<\/strong>, dado que incluye el t\u00edtulo del producto que he comprado recientemente, no se trata de un env\u00edo gen\u00e9rico, si no personalizado.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s habla de un producto comprado habitualmente en conjunto al que ya he comprado.<\/p>\n<p>Si nuestra compra fue exitosa, y nos gust\u00f3 el producto adquirido, es mucho m\u00e1s probable que estemos interesados en un producto relacionado.<\/p>\n<p>Vamos a abrir el email, a ver que nos encontramos:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8131\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>\u00ab<strong>Comprados juntos habitualmente<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<p>Desde el principio del email ya intenta dejar clara la relaci\u00f3n entre ambos productos, en peque\u00f1o el producto que ya compramos, y en grande el producto que se suele comprar habitualmente con el mismo.<\/p>\n<p>Me parece curioso tanto el tama\u00f1o, el producto que no poseemos aparece m\u00e1s grande (m\u00e1s importante) y el \u00e9nfasis que se hace en que \u00ab<strong>Otros<\/strong>\u00bb tambi\u00e9n lo compraron.<\/p>\n<p>No hay un bot\u00f3n para comprar directamente desde el email, porque sin duda en la web de la tienda online habr\u00e1 muchos m\u00e1s elementos\u00a0para terminar de convencernos y finalizar la compra.<\/p>\n<p>El email solo es el primer paso.<\/p>\n<p>Pero, por si acaso este producto no nos interesa, debajo nos recomiendan tres m\u00e1s:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8132\" interesante hacer esto, porque si por lo que sea el primer producto sugerido no es de nuestro inter\u00e9s dispongamos de m\u00e1s opciones entre las que elegir.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00edjate que incluso abajo del todo tenemos un enlace:<\/p>\n<h3>\u00ab<strong>Ver m\u00e1s recomendaciones<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<p>La t\u00e1ctica es bastante buena.<\/p>\n<p>Primero nos muestran el producto que m\u00e1s veces se compra en conjunto al que ya hemos comprado.<\/p>\n<p>Luego tres productos muy relacionados con el mismo.<\/p>\n<p>Y luego ya nos mandan a la web para ver todav\u00eda m\u00e1s opciones.<\/p>\n<p>En general es un buen email para intentar vendernos productos relacionados con uno que ya tenemos.<\/p>\n<p>Al menos nos muestra opciones que es muy probable que nos gusten, y eso marketing por correo electr\u00f3nico<\/h2>\n<p>Si vender productos relacionados est\u00e1 muy bien, vender productos m\u00e1s caros o mejoras tampoco est\u00e1 nada mal.<\/p>\n<p>Y el ejemplo que te traigo sobre este tema esta muy bien.<\/p>\n<p>Una newsletter que cumple con los aspectos que yo considero importantes.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00edjate:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" recibido otros emails anteriormente con informaci\u00f3n, encuestas para conocer mis gustos, etc.<\/p>\n<p>El asunto nuevamente es bastante claro:<\/p>\n<h3>\u00ab<strong>Cambie a Aprende Ingl\u00e9s TVE Premium y reciba los libros Vaughan<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<p>Lo bueno de este asunto es que nos dice exactamente lo que nos vamos a encontrar dentro.<\/p>\n<p>Lo malo es que no deja nada a la imaginaci\u00f3n, el \u00fanico incentivo a la apertura es que nos interese lo que nos ofrecen.<\/p>\n<p>Hubiera sido interesante ver un test A\/B con un asunto como<\/p>\n<h3>\u00ab<strong>Cambia a Aprende Ingl\u00e9s TVE Premium y tendr\u00e1s lo que echabas en falta<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<p>Ah, la curiosidad \u00bfSer\u00eda mejor este asunto? \u00bfNo?<\/p>\n<p>Nunca lo sabremos.<\/p>\n<p>Vamos a abrir el email a ver que nos encontramos:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8134\" introducci\u00f3n es breve y se centra en que si mejoramos nuestra suscripci\u00f3n a Premium recibiremos tambi\u00e9n los libros que se entregan junto a la revista en el kiosko.<\/p>\n<p>Yo no se a ti, pero a mi cuando me suscribo a una revista y recibo menos opciones que en el kiosko, me molesta, porque no solo pago por adelantado, si no que me pierdo extras que pueden ser interesantes.<\/p>\n<p>Este cambio a premium me parece interesante, y estoy seguro que a muchos otros suscriptores tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p>El segundo p\u00e1rrafo insiste en lo mismo sobre lo mismo, pero con una tipograf\u00eda un poco distinta.<\/p>\n<p>Y luego ya vemos una imagen que refuerza el concepto, y adem\u00e1s introduce una oferta m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Justo debajo ya tenemos la llamada a la acci\u00f3n para iniciar el proceso de cambio a la cuenta premium:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8135\" (no se ve en la imagen) tenemos un par de p\u00e1rrafos m\u00e1s donde se indican algunas condiciones m\u00e1s, como el precio y la duraci\u00f3n de la suscripci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Quiz\u00e1 se hubiera podido realizar este email m\u00e1s breve, pues se repiten varias veces los mismos conceptos, pero al final lo veo como una herramienta muy \u00fatil, gracias a esta acci\u00f3n de<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.mailrelay.com\/es\/2019\/06\/20\/envio-masivo-de-correos-en-2019-sigue-funcionando-pero-depende-de-ti\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> marketing por correo electr\u00f3nico<\/a> podemos efectuar una campa\u00f1a de up-selling muy efectiva, y que personalmente creo que habr\u00e1 funcionado muy bien.<\/p>\n<p>Piensa que a una base de clientes que ya est\u00e1n suscritos, y que es probable que est\u00e9n contentos con lo que reciben, les ofrecemos una mejora en forma de suscripci\u00f3n premium, para recibir adem\u00e1s los complementos que ven en los kioscos, y a los que no tienen acceso los suscriptores.<\/p>\n<p>Yo es de las pocas veces que veo utilizar esta t\u00e9cnica de up-selling en las suscripciones, y me ha gustado mucho.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso lo comparto contigo.<\/p>\n<h2>En resumen<\/h2>\n<p>Hemos visto dos ejemplos de marketing por correo electr\u00f3nico en acciones up-selling y cross-selling.<\/p>\n<p>Dos ejemplos que en mi opini\u00f3n pueden resultar muy efectivos.
