New features Advanced filters

There were many users who appreciated the inclusion of advanced filters that allow the segmentation of subscribers who clicked or viewed a newsletter, a very important feature of our email marketing software.

A powerful tool to improve the performance of your email marketing campaigns, as explained in previous articles.

This feature, however, had limitations, as it was technically complex and costly in terms of resources to implement more filters. Our Development Department is working hard to solve it and thus respond to enhancement requests from several customers, wanting to work with email marketing.

Now we present one of the most advanced segmentation system, with all the features necessary to do research and evaluation of all the types of events and subscriber interactions. These are some of the new features and enhancements:

1) More events were added, allowing also the segmentation of unsubscribe requests  and bounces.

2) We have included the possibility of limiting the filters by date ranges.

3) You can specify the minimum and maximum number of events, for example filtering subscribers which viewed the campaign two or more times.

4) We have included the possibility of applying filters in the campaigns also as well as in the emails.

5) You can search all newsletters or campaigns (just don’t select any).
