Today we want to introduce a small improvement for when you want to request the free upgrade of your account, if you use our email marketing platform.
After following us on social networks, it is possible to get our fantastic promo and send even more free campaigns.
Your free account comes with a default limit of 15000 emails, with a maximum monthly limit of 3000 subscribers.
But if you follow us on:
You can request the upgrade to 75000 emails per month to 15000 subscribers, this being the maximum free limit available on our email marketing platform.
Well, how can you request the free limit?
First, you need to follow us in all three social networks, in this article you can find the links.
After following us, log in to your email marketing platform, click on the Promotions menu, and select Free upgrade for users who are following us on social networks:
You will see a screen similar to this one :
You will need to click the three buttons.
It is important to remember that you must be already following us for the process to work properly.
Note that to participate, you must log in using all 3 buttons, if you only log in on 1 or 2 social networks, it won’t be possible to upgrade your account.
By doing this, you’ll see the button to request promotion:

The email marketing platform will generate an update notification, which will be sent to our marketing department. We will check that everything is correct and if you are following us on all 3 social networks, we will enable the promotion for your account as soon as possible (you can see when the account has been updated in the same menu).
Be patient, remember that we always have a lot of requests, very soon you will have this promo enabled in your account to use our email marketing platform.
