It is already available on the Mailrelay panel a new option that many customers requested.
You can now configure the automatic renewal option, which will allow our software to renew your limits and generate a new invoice, when you need more credits, or don’t have subscriber limits.
This option is very useful for customers who need to send campaigns without having to renew the limits manually, if they don’t want to waste time with the renewal process, as although it was automated, it requires the user to access the extranet to renew the package manually.
This is no longer necessary if you use this option
Using this option is very easy, just enable the option to renew the package automatically when you finish your credits, subscribers or both (the two options Are independent, when you enable both of them, it doesn’t mean it will only be renewed if both are spent, it will be renewed if you use and finish one of the limits).

Note that when you enable this option you acknowledge that you have permission to accept that Mailrelay automatically renew your limits, charging the corresponding amount, using the payment method set up in your panel. In addition, this option will not reduce the duration of your contract.
Changing the dates will generate a new invoice, which will be automatically charged if you are using the following payment methods:
- Paypal, if you checked the automatic billing option
- Credit card or debit card (if you checked the “Save credit card).
For other payment methods, the invoice is automatically generated, but the process will be completed only after the payment has been confirmed.
When you activate the option, you will receive an email to confirm that the automatic renewal option has been activated.
Be careful because with this option, you can send uninterrupted email marketing campaigns, so more than one invoice could be generated in the same month, if you spend your limits very fast. Therefore, be careful that only you as it the administrator have access to the panel and always pay attention to confirm that it was enabled by email.
